Who is responsible for your data
Northline Global Trade S.A., Panama City, Republic of Panama, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For any privacy matter, use the privacy request form (link “Privacy requests” at the bottom of every page).
What data we collect
Request form: full name, company, email address, industry, destination country and the description of your requirements, plus the date and version of the consent you give.

Technical data: IP address and basic browser information, processed by our hosting and security provider to deliver the website and to check that submissions are not automated.
Why we use it
To answer your request and prepare the quotations you ask for.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not send newsletters, and we do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the request form, and the steps needed before a possible contract at your request, under Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection and Executive Decree 285 of 2021. Privacy requests are handled to comply with those rules.
Service providers and international transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, protects it and verifies submissions (Cloudflare Turnstile).
Resend delivers each submission by email to Northline’s corporate mailbox.
These providers may process data outside Panama, including in the United States, only to provide their service to us and under their own security and confidentiality commitments. We do not share your data with other third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a transaction: up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted.
Requests that lead to a transaction: for the duration of the commercial relationship and the periods required by Panamanian commercial, accounting and tax rules.
Privacy requests: for the time needed to show that they were handled.
Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Submissions are not stored on the website; they are sent to a corporate mailbox that only authorised Northline staff can access.
Your rights
You can request access to your personal data, its rectification, cancellation (deletion) or portability, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Requests are free of charge.
Use the privacy request form; you only need to give your name, email and the request. We will answer within the time limits set by Law 81 of 2019 and its regulation. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the website and verify submissions; these do not require consent.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
